VISION:

The national Second Half for Him leadership team is determined to focus on the needs of local BGC churches to minister to and through gifted and experienced adults, while helping them to understand the distinctive needs and opportunities in the various life stages of those over the age of 50. 

GOALS:

Every BGC church leadership team will understand the changes taking place within our society as it relates to the growing population over the age of 50 years to strategize how they will reach out to those in need of the Gospel.  The team desires to provide meaningful opportunities to best minister to them.

Every BGC region will have trained coaches who can come alongside a local church to enable them to develop appropriate ministry strategies to and through people aged 50+. 

 Every BGC church 2nd Half for Him ministry leader will have ready access to resources, ministry opportunities and key events.
