Converge-Rocky Mountain assists pastors and their families with their spiritual, physical and emotional needs.  A counseling hotline is available 24 hours a day.  Marriage intensives and ReVive Us summits are available for couples in a particularly difficult season of life.  An annual Combined LEAD team meeting in Beaver Creek, Colorado provides the perfect setting for soul refreshment and relationship building.  The district office also helps with church conflict issues and team-building.
