A parallel, complementary group of six to 10 church planting and ministry wives who partner with specific LEAD teams to:

• Network others to multiply and mobilize churches
• Encourage and equip women through coaching
• Team up leaders around a new resource, Personal Training Tools for Church Planting Wives
