Retool Kit-The Retool Kit is a two year pathway designed to help your church move from good to great.  Past hurt can be healed, church leaders will discover the power of modeling and mentoring and the church body gains a fresh sense of vision and purpose. Professional development-The Converge Rocky Mountain builds into our pastors by providing professional development days led by church leadership experts like Dr.Leith Anderson.  The goal is to help our pastors live as life long learners, continually refining and improving their ministry skills.
