The Rocky Mountain Baptist Conference is one of 13 regional districts within the Baptist General Conference network of churches.
The Baptist General Conference is a fellowship of Baptist Churches whose theology is Biblically evangelical, whose character is multi-ethnic, and whose spirit is positive and affirmative, and whose people celebrate openness and freedom in the context of Christ’s Lordship.
The mission of the Baptist General Conference is to glorify God by helping member churches to fulfill Christ’s mission for His church in all the communities God calls them to serve.
 | The Baptist General Conference is comprised of 900 churches throughout the United States, and nearly 2000 churches worldwide, with world mission ministries in 15 nations of the world
|  | The Baptist General Conference is one of the fastest growing evangelical denominations in America. During the past five years, nearly 150 new churches have been planted. In the eight reporting world mission agencies, BGC world churches grew by 9.3 percent this past year.
|  | The Baptist General Conference has a national service center in Arlington Heights, IL, and has 13 district offices throughout the United States. Each geographic district has its own Executive Minister, and its own Board of Overseers who direct the district ministries.
|  | The Baptist General Conference owns and operates Bethel University and Seminary in St. Paul, MN; Bethel Seminary West in San Diego, CA; and Bethel Seminary East offering classes in several eastern seaboard locations. There are currently 2,103 students enrolled in the College in over 50 academic majors, and 514 students enrolled in the Seminary (St. Paul and Bethel West)
